At your home or preferred place to meet for up to 2hrs. This is for interior design advice for whatever you need assistance with. So be prepared with a list of questions and take notes along the way. 2hrs is the average meeting time, it can be extended if needed. Cost $350+gst, then 30min blocks thereafter for $70+gst. (this is for the Perth metro area only)

For medium to large projects. A typical medium project would be the design of a kitchen and bathroom. A large project would be a full house renovation or design and specification for a new home building project. When a clear scope for the project has been defined, a design proposal and estimate for design fees will be provided. If the scope increases, which it often does, then an hourly rate is applied for extra work requested. A time estimate will be provided before commencing extra work.

A fixed half day of 3.5hrs or a full day of 7.5hrs. Suited to those who have a good idea of their style and what they want, but need a professional, experienced designer to review and finalise their selections with reassurance that the right decision has been made together. You can use your half day or full day for whatever it is you need assistance with for your unique project. Popular for new home buyers preparing for pre-start or self-managed renovators. This can also include tips and design advice for your house plans or cabinetry, such as kitchens or bathrooms to improve functionality and visual design appeal.
Half day - $560+gst
Full day - $1050+gst

A fixed block of time that you nominate up front for how many hours you want to pay for to suit your needs or budget Starting minimum is 20hrs. $2800+gst

Charged by the hour, when required. For those who need an interior designer throughout their project. This is so you know you have an interior designer on board, that you can call on, when you decide you need help. This is suited to owner builders, clients working with boutique builders, multi-residential projects and full house renovations done in stages. Great for those who like to make decisions as the project progresses. Hourly rate $140+gst. Minimum one hour charged.
For design work, such as kitchen joinery, where drawings and specifications are provided, this will be quoted separately.

Required for Fixed Scope Projects / Fixed Time Designer / Flexible Designer.
At your home or preferred place to meet. Typical first meeting is 1.5hrs. This is our first meeting and a very important one! This is when we discuss your project in detail. Establish a brief including design style and the scope of works you require. It’s also an opportunity at getting to know each other, you can ask lots of questions and decide whether I am a good fit for you and your project.
Cost $280+gst

Up to 15mins of consultation via email/phone/text. This is an exclusive service for my established clients who have already engaged my services. This will be offered to you at the completion of a project with me. This is for the client who has a “quick question” and need my advice on small decisions they are stuck on that doesn’t require a full consultation. e.g. I have designed your kitchen, the kitchen has been installed and now you want to buy some bar stools. You need my opinion on a few you have chosen, but can’t decide if the style, size and colours work.
More details will be provided if you wish to take up this exclusive service offer.

Depending on my project schedule at the time, it can be from 1 week to 8 weeks. However, if you just need a one off consultation for a couple hours then I can usually see you within 2 weeks.

Yes. If you have done all your own research, and selections and pretty much know what you want but just need a professional experienced eye to finalise your choices with reassurance. OR, perhaps you need design advice for cabinetry such as your kitchen or bathroom and want to improve functionality and visual design appeal. Then you can book a half day or full day with me. Think of me as your personal design assistant!
The first half hour is needed for me to understand your project. I will look over your drawings, your scrapbook, Pinterest page, Houzz folder, however you have gathered your information to give me a clear understanding of what your project is all about.
From there, I will accompany you to Supplier Showrooms, Homebase Subiaco, Builders display homes, Retail stores, wherever you need so I can assist with decisions to be made and tick it off your list!
Before our meeting, to utilize my service to the best of your advantage, be as organised as possible and have a list of questions ready and bring your collection of samples or brochures to save time.
Half day (3.5hrs) - $560+gst - Booking time - 9am or 1:30pm
Full day (7.5hrs) - $1050+gst - Booking time - 9am
For my established clients who have already engaged my services, I offer an exclusive service called "quick questions".

In-person, anywhere in the Perth metropolitan area. Locations 45 km or more in distance will incur a travel fee of $70+gst.
I also do work for regional areas, for example the South West region by special arrangement.
Alternatively, some clients will travel up to Perth to work with me.

What is required for each project will vary because every project is unique, and every client’s needs are unique.
I work on an hourly rate across all services provided.

A huge benefit of engaging my services is my designer's trade discounts that you will receive as a thank you bonus for choosing Studio Seventyfour. Often the savings alone will cover part of or most of my design fee. Discounts can come from select retailers, commercial traders or wholesalers. The discount does vary from supplier to supplier and their conditions, if any.
