What is required for each project will vary because every project is unique, and every client’s needs are unique.
I work on an hourly rate across all services provided. Once you have chosen the type of interior design service required, I will provide an estimate. More information can be found in other facts below.
- For residential – starting from $130+gst per hour
- For commercial – starting from $160+gst per hour
For first consultations 1.5hr at fixed fee. 30minute blocks of time thereafter, if required
For future consultations 1hr minimum and 30minute blocks of time thereafter, if required
For one off consultations where you only want one consult 2hrs at fixed fee and 30minute blocks of time thereafter, if required
Zoom meetings 30mins minimum at fixed fee and 15minute blocks of time thereafter, if required
Depending on my project schedule at the time, it can be from 1 week to 4 weeks. However, if you just need a one off consultation for an hour or 2 then I can usually see you by the following week.
Yes. If you have done all your own research, selections and pretty much know what you want but just need a professional experienced eye to finalise your choices with reassurance. OR, perhaps you need design advice for cabinetry such as your kitchen or bathroom and want to improve functionality and visual design appeal. Then you can book a half day or full day with me. Think of me as your personal design assistant!
The first half hour is needed for me to understand your project. I will look over your drawings, your scrapbook, Pinterest page, Houzz folder, however you have gathered your information to give me a clear understanding of what your project is all about.
From there, I will accompany you to Supplier Showrooms, Homebase Subiaco, Builders display homes, Retail stores, wherever you need so I can assist with decisions to be made and tick it off your list!
Before our meeting, to utilize my service to the best of your advantage, be as organised as possible and have a list of questions ready and bring your collection of samples or brochures to save time.

Yes! A huge benefit of engaging my services is my designer's trade discounts that you will receive as a thank you bonus for choosing Studio Seventyfour. Often the savings alone will cover part of or most of my design fee. Discounts can come from select retailers, commercial traders or wholesalers. The discount does vary from supplier to supplier and their conditions, if any.
In person, anywhere in the Perth metropolitan area. Locations 45kms or more in distance will incur travel fee of $60+gst.
I also do work for regional areas, for example the South Western or Peel region by special arrangement.
Alternatively, some clients will travel up to Perth to work with me.
An invoice will be sent to you via email, payment terms are 7 days by EFT
